THE PROJECT
Located in the foot hills of Gawler, Springwood is rapidly developing as an aspirational community which builds upon the natural attributes, history and community spirit of Gawler.
Arcadian coordinates all aspects of this development; from liaising with government and council in the creation of the new Gawler East Link Road, to planning new releases with larger block sizes to meet market demand. We also support our local community – running events for Springwood residents and sponsoring the local football teams.
Arcadian has created an impressive masterplan for this 2,000 home development; one of imagination, pragmatism and subtlety. The amenities we create suit everyone; a village centre with a supermarket and other speciality retail stores, various community spaces and a school with large sporting grounds.
